A family-run business in Tadley is seeking a proactive internal sales team member. You will be responsible for growing sales, organising quotes, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have a sales background, be confident in product recommendations, and enjoy teamwork. Benefits include a cycle to work scheme and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
Hours: 44.5 hours per week (includes every other Saturday)
Location: Tadley
Salary range: £28,000 to £32,000
As part of our internal sales team, you’ll be proactively working to grow sales within the branch. This will be done by growing our current sales ledger, as well as actively pursuing new business.
We’re looking for someone who’s great with people and really takes pride in what they do yet isn’t afraid of some good old fashioned hard work.
You’ll be organising quotes, materials and making sure we can supply the order on time, in full.
We’ll need you to:
Have a background in a sales environment
Have great customer service skills, both on the phone and face to face
Be confident. You’ll need to recommend products, source alternatives at times and be proactive
Be a great team player – able to muck in and support in other areas where needed. And up for some friendly banter with customers and your team!
Ideally, you will already have previous experience with our products. However, training can be put in place in order to support the right candidate.
