Qualifications

• Integrity and aroha in Rongoā practice.
• Understanding of Tikanga ā Rongoā Standards.
• Clean Full Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rongoā Māori healing including karakia, mirimiri, and whitiwhiti kōrero.
• Work alongside Social Workers, Counsellors, and Support Workers.
• Support shared whānau outcomes through integrated services.

Skills

Recognised qualifications and/or experience in Rongoā Māori

Strong relationship-building skills with whānau

Cultural competence and alignment with Te Hā o Te Mokopuna model of care

An understanding of maternity and early years support

Ability to work well within a team
