About the role

We are looking for a well‑qualified, passionate and committed Assistant Pastoral Manager, who values continuing professional development, to join our highly successful and innovative Pastoral Team. This is a superb opportunity to work with our skilled, experienced pastoral managers and Standards and Progress Leaders who consistently deliver outstanding pastoral care across the school. Our ethos is that ‘every student is known and known well’ and the pastoral team play a pivotal role in ensuring this is the case on a daily basis.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is not open to anyone who has been barred in any way from working with children.

Work Schedule

37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm
Term time, inset days and 2 weeks additional working
