What you’ll do

• Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are marcoed on time and to a high standard, while motivating your teamなおあ .
• Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in all front‑of‑house areas.
• Collaborate with catering management and chefs to maintain smooth communication and team alignment.
• Promote and enforce health and safety practices—be proactive about spotting and reporting potential hazards to keep everyone safe.
• Conduct regularactical safety walks to identify and address any risks.
• Conduct weekly team huddles with the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team, ensuring they feel confident and valued in their roles.
