A local council is looking for a Front of House Assistant to join the Darlington Hippodrome team on a 23-hour contract. The role includes providing excellent customer service and working on a rotating seven-week schedule mainly at the Hippo Lounge and Hullabaloo Cafe. An exciting opportunity to join Darlington Hippodrome Front of House Assistant team for a 23 hour contract.
The successful candidate must be committed to working a seven‑week rolling rota with set shifts working mainly on the Hippo Lounge and the Hullabaloo Cafe, but also working front of house for performances. The applicant must also have a flexible approach to working as our show and event programme can change.
The Front of House Assistants are the public face ofers and ensure that we deliver first‑class customer service, welcoming all customers.
Applicants for this role must be organised, stay calm under pressure and have a love of working in a customer‑orientated field.
As you will be working in a licensed premises and serving alcoholic drinks to customers, you should be aged 18 and over.
