We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Engineering Lead to join our growing team and help shape the future of AI design principles as we continue to push the boundaries of AI in Finance.

The Role
  • Lead and manage a team of front‑end engineers, fostering growth and career development.
  • Provide constructive feedback, conduct regular 1:1s, and create clear development paths for team members.
  • Handle team dynamics, resolve blockers, and ensure engineers are empowered to do their best work.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering and leadership teams to define technical priorities and align on roadmap execution.
  • Set coding standards, architectural patterns, and development processes to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Technical Execution
  • Build, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front‑end applications.
  • Define and implement design systems and component libraries to accelerate development and maintain UI consistency.
  • Work with backend engineers to design efficient APIs and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging front‑end technologies and proactively bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Contribute to shaping engineering culture and best practices in a fast‑growing startup environment.
  • Partner with designers to turn prototypes and wireframes into seamless user experiences.
  • Champion quality through testing, performance optimization, and strong security practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of professional front‑end engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role with people management.
  • Expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front‑end tooling including familiarity with server‑side best practices.
  • Deep understanding of state management, performance optimization, and component‑driven development.
  • Experience leading technical discussions, setting architecture direction, and guiding engineers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and growing engineering teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Startup‑friendly mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail in documentation and design.

  • Previous experience scaling engineering teams in a high‑growth environment.
  • Experience with data visualization frameworks (e.g., AG Grid, D3).
