Job description
Friendly & Supportive Buddy/Support Worker Wanted for Fun Outings and Independence Building

22 hours per 4 weeks. Hours can be flexible and negotiable.

Hi! I’m a 20-year-old guy who loves gaming, Pokémon Go, bowling, cinema trips, and nature walks. I’ve got epilepsy, special needs, and sensory processing disorder, so I’m looking for a kind, fun, and reliable buddy or support worker to hang out with me a few times a week.

I’m friendly, easy‑going and love to laugh and try new things. I do need someone who can help keep me safe. My seizures can make me anxious and sometimes I might seem a bit switched off, but that’s just part of who I am. I need calm and understanding support, especially if I need extra help or medication during a seizure.

I’d love your help to build my independence — cooking together, going shopping for ingredients, volunteering with animals, and other activities I enjoy.

If you’re patient, caring, and enjoy making a real difference while having fun, let’s meet. Together we can go on adventures, share laughs, and help me take the next steps towards my goals.
