Overview

We’re looking for a confident and strategic Frameworks Strategy Manager to join LASER Energy, supporting the Energy & Carbon Division of Commercial Services Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of public sector frameworks that make a real impact, driving value, efficiency and innovation across a fast-growing division.

As the Framework Strategy Manager, you’ll take ownership of how our frameworks are designed, procured and managed, making sure they’re compliant, commercially strong and meet the needs of our customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the division operates, identifying new opportunities and ensuring our frameworks remain competitive, flexible and high performing.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and deliver a clear strategy for the procurement and management of frameworks that supports business goals.
• Keep up to date with regulatory change and market trends and use insights to shape framework development and improvement.
• Lead on the design, tendering and contract management of frameworks that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes from start to finish, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the Frameworks Team, building a supportive and high-performing culture.
• Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to deliver effective, value-driven outcomes.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and continuously improve frameworks based on feedback and data.
