Position: Night Production Operative

Location: York site – home of Poppets and XXX Mints

Salary: £28,288.10 per year (£15.06 per hour)

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 22:00–06:00

At our York site we produce some of the UK’s most recognisable confectionery. Every role is key to keeping production on track and ensuring every product meets our high quality standards. As a Night Production Operative, you’ll work with our machinery and production processes to keep everything running efficiently overnight. You’ll set up equipment, monitor performance, and make adjustments where needed. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be involved in troubleshooting and completing routine checks to make sure production and quality targets are met.
