A local council in Trafford is seeking a Facilities Contract Officer to lead the evaluation and re-procurement of FM arrangements, ensuring alignment with future needs. The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification, strong insight into public sector FM contracts, and be capable of collaborating with senior stakeholders. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including hybrid working options.
Location: Trafford Town Hall.
Hybrid working – expectation of at least Monday and every other Wednesday in the office.
Salary range Band 10: £48,226 – £50,269.
Working Pattern: Full time.
Working hours: 36.25 hours per week, flexible working applies.
Contract type: Fixed term until 31/08/2028.
