This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.”# **Tasks and Qualifications:****Principal Accountabilities*** To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.* KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible* Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.* Maintain product flow at all times.* Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team* As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team* To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices* To drive 5S and value-add practices across site* Prioritisation of multiple system faults* To ensure quality of output at all times* To accurately record all work undertaken* Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities* To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations* To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company**Knowledge & Experience Required*** Basic key-skills and basic IT competency* SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable)* Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment* Working at height experience (desirable)* Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
