Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK when required.
  • Experience with fleet management software.
  • Knowledge of UK fleet legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Oversee accident management, inspections, repairs, and PCN administration.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and insurance documentation.
  • Monitor costs, fuel, mileage, and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company policies.
  • Arrange driver training, license checks, and inductions for new starters.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job description

We’re seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of our company and grey fleet. This pivotal role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, compliance, and reporting, while working closely with HR, Finance, and external suppliers.

Hours: - 30 hours per week

What you’ll do

  • Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles
