A leading retirement village provider in Letcombe Regis seeks a Fitness Instructor to promote health and wellness among elderly residents. Responsibilities include conducting fitness classes and assisting members in achieving their fitness goals. Ideal candidates will have previous instructing experience and a proactive attitude. Job Description:
Our fitness instructors play a crucial role at our retirement village by promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle among our residents. They design and lead engaging exercise programmes tailored to the needs and abilities of seniors, helping to improve physical fitness, mobility and overall well‑being. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, our fitness instructors enhance the quality of life for our residents, encouraging social interaction and a sense of community.

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role:
Previous experience and qualifications in instructing classes is essential, as this role requires teaching multiple classes on shift. Experience working in spas or the fitness industry, along with a pool responder qualification, is desirable. Great patience, customer‑service orientation and a proactive attitude will contribute to success in this role.
