About the role

You’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and optimizing financial performance across Emerging Markets. This includes forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and decision support—partnering closely with Sales and senior leadership to enable growth and profitability.

What you’ll do

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with regional teams to provide insights and recommendations that influence strategy.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans aligned with global objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Deliver variance analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights.
• Reporting & Decision Support: Create clear management reports and dashboards; conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance planning tools, reporting systems, and processes; support digital finance initiatives and automation projects.

What you’ll bring
