You have 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Planning administrator with excellent knowledge of Financial Planning products and processes. You are looking to provide one-on-one support to a Financial Planner and their clients. You want to be part of a busy team that loves delivering a great client experience.

About the role
You are essential to every step of the client journey, from diary management and administrative support to client relationship building and case management. As the first point of contact for clients, you will become an expert on our products and providers. Your role is not just support; it’s about building trust and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Accountabilities

  • Liaise with third-party providers and navigate provider platforms.
  • Process new business applications.
  • Coordinate Financial Planner’s diaries and arrange client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, e.g., annual review meeting packs.
  • Respond to email inquiries and liaise directly with clients.
  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.

Skills and Experience

  • Tech-savvy with intermediate Excel skills—VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
  • Knowledge of financial products: pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Good communication skills. Comfortable with numbers and highly organized.
  • Enjoy delighting clients with great outcomes.
