This role is ideal for individuals who value professional autonomy and wish to maintain a high standard of client service while working in a flexible environment. Whether you are returning to work, balancing other commitments, or simply seeking a more structured way to manage your time, this opportunity offers the ability to deliver quality advice without the need for regular travel to clients’ homes.

You will conduct client reviews via MS Teams, managing a high volume of interactions with full control over your diary to ensure productivity and balance. While the role is primarily remote, there will be some office days for training, collaboration, and maintaining strong team connections. You will enhance relationships with existing clients and contribute to the continued growth of our TPO Direct proposition. If you are looking for a role that combines flexibility with the opportunity to deliver high-quality advice in a respected environment, we would welcome your application.

  • Conduct Financial Health Checks, reviewing client fact finds and risk profiles to establish clear financial objectives
  • Provide compliant, client-focused advice across pensions, investments, and protection in a clear and accessible manner
  • Deliver ongoing reviews and annual planning via MS Teams, ensuring a consistent and personal client experience
  • Lead digital onboarding of clients, ensuring smooth and efficient set-up through the TPO Wealth portal
  • Adapt financial plans in response to client needs, market changes, or legislative updates
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
  • Proactively maintain technical knowledge, ensuring advice remains fully compliant with FCA and internal standards
  • Build long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth of TPO Direct
  • Meet performance standards in line with firm KPIs and T&C scheme, including CPD and maintaining a valid Statement of Professional Standing
Benefits
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 35-hour working week (part-time and hybrid working options available)
  • 24 days holiday (rising to 26), plus 2 additional days over Christmas
  • Private healthcare (after qualifying period)

  • Eye care scheme, wellbeing programme, and bike-to-work scheme
  • Full support with professional qualifications and development
Candidate Profile
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status desirable)
  • Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly and professionally
  • Confident in digital client engagement and remote working practices
  • Ethical, client-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of service
  • Demonstrates alignment with The Private Office’s core values and professional culture
