• 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or Core Accounting.
• Experience leading a team.
• Functional experience with Oracle EPM/ERP or other leading platforms.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is desirable.

• Lead the functional design of financial systems.
• Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders for requirement gathering.
• Advise clients on best-practice finance operating models.
