Working with a boutique finance recruitment firm focused on Asset Management, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

With fees up to £180k, earnings can be as high as £70k in the first year. The role requires hard work, market analysis, and building a network.

The Incentives:

• £28k base salary + 40% commission
• OTE in year 1 £70k
• Promotion within 6 months, pay rise to £30k
• Average fee size £120k
