The Project Finance Manager is a pivotal role within the Council, responsible for leading and co‑ordinating financial aspects of various projects and partnerships. This role requires a high level of expertise in financial management, strategic planning and stakeholder engagements. The Project Finance Manager will work closely with internal departments, external advisors and partner organisations to ensure the successful execution of financial strategies and initiatives.
