What You’ll Be Doing

The Contractor shall provide specialist consultancy services relating to a corporate restructuring project. The services will be outcome-based and delivered using the Contractor’s own expertise, methods, and professional judgement.

Stakeholder Liaison and Technical Alignment

• Act as an independent point of coordination with external professional advisers, including:
• Tax advisers (Deloitte)
• Statutory auditors (EY)
• Engage with these advisers to validate understanding of the restructuring steps, confirm accounting adjustments, and clarify technical interpretations.
• Incorporate adviser feedback into the restructuring documentation where relevant, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate clear communication between parties without assuming management responsibility or authority over client personnel or third-party advisers.

Service Characteristics

• Services are provided on a deliverable-based basis, with no obligation to perform ongoing or open-ended duties.
• The Contractor retains autonomy over how the services are performed and is not subject to supervision, direction, or control by the client.

The Contractor does not undertake decision-making authority, sign-off responsibility, or statutory roles within the organisation
