A leading UK food manufacturing company seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner in Nottingham. The role focuses on driving financial insights from operational metrics, prioritizing waste reduction initiatives to enhance profitability and sustainability. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating operational performance into financial outcomes.
This role partners closely with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to identify, quantify, prioritise, and track value delivery from Operational Excellence initiatives, including the War on Waste programme, covering food waste, yield loss, packaging waste, labour inefficiency, and energy.
The role ensures that War on Waste and wider OpEx activity delivers real, measurable P&L, cash, and carbon benefits, embedded into forecasts, budgets, and performance management across The Compleat Food Group.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5pm, and 8.30pm – 4pm on Fridays
We also offer Hybrid and flexible working.
This role will require frequent travel to our sites
