Our Financial Services practice seeks an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our successful asset-backed lending team in London. This is an exciting time to join SPB as we continue to grow our international FS group.

You

We seek a candidate with 5-8 years' post-qualification experience, a proven track record with blue-chip clients on complex transactions, and a strong background in banking and transactional work, especially asset-backed lending.

You should come from a reputable national or international practice, possess excellent academics, and be motivated to build lasting relationships internally and externally. Effective communication skills are essential as our associates work closely with clients and advisors.
