We’re searching for a motivated finance professional with hands-on experience to join this growing tech business. As Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department in maintaining accuracy and efficiency of their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately processing supplier invoices on internal systems and creating weekly creditor lists.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Performing daily bank reconciliations, including handling multi-currency transactions to ensure records are up to date.
  • Expense Management: Manage weekly expense processing and credit card spend, ensuring all submissions comply with company policies.
  • Credit Control: Conduct control and cash allocations, producing weekly debtor list.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the finance department and wider business where required and ensuring timely provision of reports and information.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a finance role within an SME.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-currency transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Experience in credit control and cash allocation is advantageous.
