Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and breakdown repair of medical systems.
  • Provide after‑sales technical and commercial support once fully trained.
  • Offer the highest level of customer service in the healthcare market, completing risk assessments, activity reports and other documentation required.

  • Home‑based field service role with ten‑hour days on a 4‑day on, 4‑day off rotation
Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and breakdown repair of medical systems.
  • Provide after‑sales technical and commercial support once fully trained.
  • Offer the highest level of customer service in the healthcare market, completing risk assessments, activity reports and other documentation required by this highly regulated sector.
Qualifications
  • NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC or higher in an Electrical or Electronics qualification.
  • Background working as a service engineer or a technical support engineer on electromechanical or electronics systems.
  • Experience in any of the following sectors welcomed: medical systems, laboratory equipment, biomedical equipment, water purification systems, pharmaceutical device, ex‑forces engineering, electro‑mechanical field service, water treatment equipment, electronics service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
