Overview

Hydro International – Data Insights & Analysis Ltd, formerly Hydro-logic Services, is a leading UK provider of advanced data services and expertise to help municipal, industrial and construction customers improve their water management processes, increase operational performance, and reduce environmental impact. We compile, quality‑assure and issue data reports on water levels, water quality and discharge. We operate and maintain Hydro‑Logic® Flexi Logger 105 equipment at around 1,400 sites nationwide, offering services to major clients and local authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Visit various sites to undertake field measurements of water quantity (flow), depth, quality, rainfall, etc.
  • Install, operate and maintain telemetry logging equipment.
Essential Qualifications
  • Passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working in water, strong swimming skills.
  • Confidence in working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Good level of computer literacy (MS Office applications – Word, Excel).
  • Possession of a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant environmental field (e.g., Environmental Science, Geography, Geology).
  • Awareness of potential risks and safety protocols.
  • Experience with hands‑on tasks, including use of power and hand tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence for 12 months or more.
Experience
  • Full training is provided; prior experience is not required provided you possess the essential skills listed above.
  • Experience with hydrometric field data collection is beneficial but not essential.
