Qualifications

• Qualified or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical).
• Plumbing Level 3, Unvented – G3 Certificate, and Water Regulations (WRAS) required.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties.
• Perform general building repairs including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and UPVC.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and restocked.
