  • Strong understanding of scientific workflows and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for training, demonstrations, and customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to work independently in customer environments with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Field Application Scientist, Field Service Engineer, or hybrid role supporting complex instrumentation.
  • Background in viscometry, rheometry, fluid dynamics, or related scientific instrumentation, with the ability to support technical discussions and customer applications.
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, safety, or quality standards relevant to laboratory or industrial environments.
  • Experience with CRM or service management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
  • Demonstrated success delivering customer training, workshops, or scientific presentations.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, engineering, sales, and product management.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating installations or multi‑site deployments.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
