Family Law - Solicitor / Legal Executive - Witney
Role:Solicitor / Legal Executive
Department: Family Law
Office:Witney

As the Witney office continues to grow, we are expanding our Family Law department and looking for an experienced Solicitor / Legal Executive to work alongside the current team.

The role

The caseload is a mix of financial remedies cases, private children arrangements and cohabitation issues, with opportunities to focus on specific areas according to the background of the candidate.

The candidate
  • Managing a varied caseload of Family, Finance and Children work;
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills;
  • Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to your clients;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to work with some, but minimal supervision and to build own caseload
  • Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines; and
  • Building strong working relationships and working collaboratively.

We would also like the ideal candidate to be able to demonstrate the following;

  • A willingness to network in order to develop/strengthen contacts in the Oxfordshire area;
  • A desire to undertake own advocacy and develop strong advocacy skills; and
  • A wish to develop personally and to assist with the development and growth of the team.
