ABOUT JOB

We are looking for organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Virtual Assistants ready to work with top-performing entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and small-business owners.

Responsibilities
  • As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you’ll serve as the right hand to high-performing business leaders by:
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling email correspondence and prioritizing communications.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Maintaining CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.) and tracking leads or projects.
  • Coordinating with team members and vendors using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Assisting with data entry, document organization, and workflow automation.
  • Supporting social media scheduling, light content creation, and research tasks.
  • Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with remote teams

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You love organization, technology, and helping others succeed.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. resident.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or virtual assistant.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability in CRM or automation tools (training provided).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace.
  • Willingness to collaborate with remote teams based internationally.
  • Mandatory: Submit a 1-minute Loom (or similar) video introduction showcasing your communication and professionalism.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in real estate, finance, healthcare, or service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level, Monday.com, or QuickBooks.
  • Prior exposure to remote work or startup environments.
