About the Role

The Creative Sync Executive will serve as the frontline contact for major production music clients, managing their diverse needs. This includes broadcasters, production companies, post houses, and music supervisors. The role involves quoting, licensing, music supervision, generating new business leads, and maintaining and developing existing client relationships. KPI’s include client outreach activities such as phone calls, emails, pitch meetings, and attending client and industry events.

What You’ll Do
  • Seek out new business opportunities.
  • Maintain existing client relationships.
  • Increase music usage, downloads, and licensing requests.
  • Deliver consistently against all targets.
  • Provide quotes, clearances, and negotiate agreements.
  • Increase revenue from the client base and research potential new users.
  • Perform music searches and supervise music for clients.
  • Educate users of new formats and access methods.
  • Analyze user data to identify sales opportunities and focus marketing activity.
  • Offer personalized service, including music searches and website demos.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events and regional trips.
  • Provide feedback on the catalog and suggest new releases based on trends and client requests.
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client‑facing account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Passionate about music and knowledgeable about multiple genres.
  • Proactive, initiative‑driven, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • High levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Knowledge of MCPS licensing.
  • Experience in a music supervisor role or related media/broadcasting industry.
  • Experience using a CRM database.
