The successful candidate will manage the CEO's calendar, prepare essential meeting materials, and handle correspondence effectively. Candidates should have significant experience in administrative roles within financial services and strong communication skills. This role provides invaluable support to the Chief Strategist & CEO of Capital Markets – this is a growing business area within Marex offering a range of Fixed Income, Rates and Equity products, encompassing 700+ employees and net revenues of ~$780m in 2025. To help the smooth running of this vast business, you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, offering professional correspondence to internal and external stakeholders and arranging travel. You will take responsibility to efficiently organise the CEO’s busy schedule which relies on pro‑active time management, effective communication and the ability to prepare presentations, ensure deadlines are met (e.g. for mandatory training) and keep important files up to date for record keeping.
