A UK educational institution is seeking an Exams Administrator to manage exam registrations and ensure compliance with awarding body regulations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The Exams Administrator will maintain accurate records and respond to queries from students and staff. As an Exams Administrator, you’ll be part of a supportive team providing a high‑quality service to both staff and students. You’ll be responsible for the accurate processing of exam entries and records, maintaining compliance with awarding body regulations, and ensuring students receive clear, timely information throughout the examination process.
Interviews for this role will be taking place on Wednesday 4 February 2026.
Experience within a further or higher education setting is desirable, but not essential.
