A leading meetings and events agency is seeking an Event Project Coordinator in Fleet, UK. We are currently recruiting an Event Project Coordinator an entry level role, to support our housing and delegate management team working on a client dedicated account for a global management consulting firm. This role will sit within this team under the team manager to deliver all housing and delegate management needs for our client’s events. As an integral part of this team, you will be responsible for management of attendees to the clients’ events including accommodation and general registration management.
You will have experience of working in either housing contracting or experience of project management for hotel reservations and/or delegate registrations. You will also be comfortable working with databases / registration platforms in order to extract and interrogate data. You will have strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Previous experience of using Cvent database or other registration platforms
This role can be a hybrid role that requires 2 days a week in our Fleet office, also open to UK Remote
Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
