A leading event management firm in the UK is seeking a motivated entry-level candidate for a role in project management and digital delivery. You will oversee a mix of digital and event logistics projects, providing exceptional client service while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn about event technology and delivery processes.
Live Group provides end-to-end project management for a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 companies to UK government. Our delivery teams ensure every element of an event is meticulously planned, perfectly executed, and properly reconciled. Working alongside the project team, our digital specialists manage and utilise a growing portfolio of event technology, including registration platforms, websites, apps, badging, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering seamless experiences across in‑person, hybrid, and virtual events.
This role combines event project management with digital delivery. You will manage a mix of projects, some purely digital, involving building registration and event websites, apps, data reporting and integrations; others focus more on event logistics, and the onsite delegate experience. The role requires someone highly organised, tech‑savvy, and adaptable, with the ability to learn our proprietary software quickly while leveraging experience with other platforms. You’ll be client‑facing, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
