Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of Estates processes and systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience managing a CAFM system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and deliver processes for RNLI’s building and land assets.
  • Work with stakeholders to meet organizational needs and develop roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Estates Management System.
