ROLE TITLE: Service Manager

LOCATION: Remote

Salary: £36k – £41k per annum

Duration: 6 months

We are actively looking to secure a L2 Application Technical Support candidate to join Experis.

Key accountabilities of the role
  • Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and team meetings.
  • Track progress and update stakeholders on status.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Support research, data collection, and documentation activities.
  • Help maintain tools, systems, and processes for the team.
