A leading educational support organization in the UK is seeking an Enhanced Provision Outreach Practitioner to provide outreach support to primary schools focused on children with additional support needs. The ideal candidate will have an Early Years qualification and be committed to continuous improvement in service delivery. Responsibilities include working closely with children up to age 13 and engaging in flexible working across various primary schools. We are looking for an Enhanced Provision Outreach Practitioner to join our team. Your role will be to provide advice and outreach support to mainstream primary schools to help meet the needs of children with a wide range of additional support needs. There will be a particular focus on primaries 1 and 2, but the role is to work with children and young people up to age 13.
The successful candidate will be offered a comprehensive induction programme and access to a range of professional learning opportunities through Aberdeenshire's Professional Learning Framework.
This post is attached to the Aboyne Cluster and flexible working across the Cluster is required. There is also a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement.
