Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing or leading people in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex technical data.
  • Awareness of operational technology (OT) cyber security risks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities.
  • Lead and promote safety culture ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee short, medium, and long-term maintenance programmes.

Skills

Understanding of power station operations
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
