Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering or Maintenance Manager / Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and facilities activities on site.
• Deliver effective maintenance plans to minimise downtime.
• Oversee contractors and manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support project work, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide technical support and training to the engineering team.
