Enabling Support Worker – Shaftesbury Northumberland

Location: Hadston, Northumberland

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (some flexibility may be needed)

Job type: Full‑time

Salary: £12.60 per hour

We’re recruiting Enabling Support Workers to join our dedicated care and support team. Due to service requirements, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

About the role

You’ll be part of a great team providing 2:1 support to a lovely young lady who lives in Hadston. She has a great sense of humour and enjoys a good chat. Your duties include:

  • Attending the client to activities such as cinema, shopping, swimming, and day centre three days a week
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Providing personal care
  • Supporting with medication and encouraging independence
  • Ensuring overall well‑being and safety at all times
