About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Employee Technology Experience Technician III to join our IT team in Uxbridge. In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day operational support and manage install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests across our office environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable employee technology experience — from troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and supporting events to providing hands‑on technical assistance. Your work will help ensure that our employees across the business have access to the tools and systems they need to perform at their best.
