Employee Relations Advisor 12‑Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced employee relations advisor to support line managers and promote a self‑service culture within our finance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to line managers on all employee relations matters (disciplinary, capability, grievance, flexible working).
  • Coach staff to use HR self‑service tools such as HR Hub and AskHR.
  • Support People Partners on strategic initiatives (reorganisation, talent planning, redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreements).
  • Collaborate with the AskHR team to address policy queries and manage employee lifecycle processes.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR workflow approvals and maintain accurate people data.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven HR generalist with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Desirable: Banking or financial services background.
