A leading insurance firm in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to support its Customer Services team. The role involves excellent communication and innovative problem-solving skills, along with a passion for customer service excellence. You will conduct research, provide high-quality client servicing, and support the Consultant with new clients. This position offers hybrid work opportunities and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic Customer Services team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Employee Benefits Account Managers, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our Customer Services team, executives and clients.
