A leading data technology firm is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to oversee the presales organization in EMEA, particularly in London. In this role, you will be the technical leader collaborating with sales, leveraging your deep understanding of data storage and management to drive revenue growth. You will help convert prospects while showcasing the company's innovative solutions, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring successful sales outcomes. A minimum of 5 years in pre-sales management and a passion for technology are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Pre-sales Management experience required.
  • Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based solutions.
  • Curiosity and passion around technology is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the presales organization in EMEA.
  • Develop an exhaustive understanding of customer business motivations.
  • Deliver technical product and architecture presentations.

Skills

Pre-sales Management experience in Data Storage / Data Management
Experience supporting enterprise storage sales
Understanding of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, NFS, OSD, SAN)
Superior knowledge of Cloud Native architecture
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
