Job summary

This role involves leading the Strength & Conditioning delivery for U9-U16 players, conducting performance testing, and supporting the athletes with nutrition guidelines during matches. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sports science within a professional sports academy environment.
• Expertise in athlete development and performance monitoring.
• Willingness to obtain BASES, CSCS and UKSCA accreditation within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strength & Conditioning delivery for U9-U16 teams.
• Conduct performance testing and data analysis.
• Support players with nutrition and load monitoring during matches.

Skills

Experience in developing players

Competencies in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Catapult GPS systems

Education

BSc in Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning

Basic First Aid for Sport Qualification
