Electrical Supervisor

Location: Oldbury

Salary: £43,860 P/A

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical knowledge, support, and guidance to colleagues and clients
  • Advise on electrical installations during daily activities and out-of-hours service
  • Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants
  • Liaise with NICEIC to ensure compliance with enrolment requirements
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to maximise social value delivery (work experience, apprenticeships, volunteering, funding support)
  • Procure sub-contractors at competitive rates
  • Apply knowledge of National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates
  • Increase output and commercial return without compromising quality or safety
  • Ensure all site works are carried out safely
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture
  • Maintain zero tolerance for health and safety non-conformities
  • Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
