A leading infrastructure solutions company in the UK is looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Discipline Lead to oversee site activities in Teesside. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing the Electrical construction team. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience and relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering.

Reporting to the Electrical and Instrumentation Package Manager, the discipline lead will support site activities performed by the Electrical + HV Facilities contractor and the wider Costain Construction Team. Responsibilities include monitoring construction performance, assisting with the PTW Process, reviewing and implementing RAMS, coordinating site activities, assisting the project quality team with inspection & test plans, and carrying out site inspections.
The role also supports the wider team and fellow discipline superintendents, the Advanced Work Packaging Lead, work pack engineers, and construction and HSE teams. The discipline lead acts as the Costain Isolation Authority and Electrical Responsible Person on the Project.
Full‑time on site in Teesside.
