Role description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will be part of the team delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or will travel significantly to Norway or Finland.

Role accountabilities
  • Deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute to overall programme work.
  • Work independently with depth of technical knowledge and experience.
  • Assist in the production of basic plans, schedules and monitor financial information to ensure up‑to‑date accuracy.
  • Support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards.
  • Collate and interpret data to prepare documents such as project plans and schedules.
  • Analyse data and trends to develop simple recommendations to support senior colleagues.
  • Proactively monitor and evaluate project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete complex, professional level tasks requested by colleagues, prioritising case load and interpreting established policies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to provide specialist advisory support and act as a focal point for operational project queries.
