You’ll be the force behind our most complex lighting productions, seamlessly combining artistic vision with technical expertise. Your ability to interpret client briefs and enhance them with thoughtful lighting suggestions sets you apart. You'll lead and inspire our talented team, nurturing individual growth to deliver exceptional results. With a minimum of 6 years experience delivering creative lighting design & systems in client facing roles, you’ll lead in the delivery of key projects ensuring our values of creativity, passion and excellence are upheld every step of the way.
Your skills as a lighting specialist will allow you to creatively incorporate a range of lighting design elements into our varied projects, advising and mentoring others in the team to achieve similar results. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients to understand what makes them tick, and what their objectives are for each project. You’ll embrace every brief with both a creative and commercial eye to ensure we deliver great results whilst maintaining a healthy financial position.
As a technical leader, you'll help guide both projects and teams from initial brief to final execution. You'll cultivate a culture of excellence, developing talent while maintaining high technical standards. Your experience enables you to effectively coordinate departments, delegate responsibilities, and maintain clear communication channels throughout each project. In the role you'll mentor and support other team members to develop their skills while ensuring flawless project delivery. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage resources, and identify opportunities for growth makes you an invaluable leader within our organisation.

Reports To: Director of Production
Schedule: Core Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility required for evening &weekend working
Location: Borehamwood (25min from central London)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Holiday: 30 Days including Bank Holidays
