Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for an inspiring Spa Duty Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and unique guest and member experience in our Roman-inspired Eynsham Baths. You will oversee daily operations within Eynsham Baths, ensuring a serene and rejuvenating experience for our valued members and guests while leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
• A genuine passion for wellness. We want you to bring and share your knowledge to help others improve their wellbeing and be interested and passionate about learning more in this ever-evolving industry.
• You are an inspiring leader who relishes taking responsibility for spa treatments, therapies, beauty products as well as health and safety regulations within a luxury spa setting.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £35,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
